  i met a doctor and his wife, they are heading near the sudan, they are born again christians and very kind.

  i know he spends a month a year.

  working for some agency,who help the poor, peform medical attention, with some gospel preaching.

  It's so easy Brothers and Sisters, just take money, health insurance, cars, gasoline and rent out of the equation like the C.O.s and D.O.s and field service is easy! If someone paid our way to preach, which apostle had his way paid for? Tell others to live less, while others take you out to fine dining everyday and kiss your book bags. Yes, Brother C.O. and D.O, if money was not an issue, it might be easy, what's it like Alay and Waldo?

  Would it be wrong to follow the CO and DO around for a week, see how productive their ministry is? How many donut shops and eating joints they hang out at? Film it "30 Days A DO." following his every foot step?

  Why is it, the C.A.s are not upbuiling, and the whole Bible is replaced with, "how to do more for Jehovah!" talks. The "Two Day Assemblies" are no

  longer upbuilding to me, I know too much about the parts, the people who are playing the parts, and most experiences are questionable (IMHO).

  I am tired of the constant emphasis on pushing magazines and not living a authentic christian life. My body aches when I view platform moles, talking

  and demonstrating how they have got their act together. I tremble when I see men, who are given applause, who I know curse, drink and sabotage'

  their fellow christians. My heart is breaking, the widows, fatherless children, elderly and poor, are left as trash, by the "Beacons of Darkness.". Why

  can't the C.A.s be upbuilding, insead they are tearing us down like some Hurricane Katrina. Brothers and Sisters are nervous the about the "Times"

  and Seasons" we are in, with guides who are blind to our spiritual and emotional needs. You can see, the C.A. was a mistake to take my wife to, I

  am so sorry my sweet woman! I will proctect you better, and I hope your C.A. was better than mine! Bless You All! Sorry for venting!

  do you have any health insurance recommendations?

  how much are you paying them each month?

  I think the double posting is a problem, others have made the same comment about "duplicate posting" I tried to add on only, oops! NC, my brother is in a Union and voted a Republican in office in Michigan, he latter signed the recall effort. People change! :)

  My Trip to the Unitarian Universal Church

  so, pretty much i no longer care to believe in a god.

  but, either because of my 20 years in a jw daze, or because humans just desire this, i miss the community.

  so, i went to a unitarian church this morning.

  It sounds like a nice Church, no baggage we are all use to lugging around. We are so guilt laddened, it's is maddening, how did we allow this to happen? Back to the topic, I hope you find a wonderful community there, something the WTS has failed us with! I never was able to folllow the Trinity, keep up the posts on this, very enjoyable reading!

  The "Talking to the dog, and the householder comes into the organization, is not true?" I am SHOCKED! All of the Circuits must have Ceasar (the dog whisper) in their Halls. We had a brother with a 1961 station, a long, long, long and stinky wagon, it seated eight people, ( 8 pubs x each hour). At the end of a ten hour day ( The 8 brothers x 10 hours = 80), How productive that station wagon was, too bad gas is $4 a gallon now.

  Brother Waldo divided the World Wide Work total hours into our local area by some strange alchemic divisor, it averaged 180? hours per person. Why his illustration, what value and what was the point, I have no idea. His words did not fire me up, it was a bummer illustration. There was a mentally disturbed couple, who claimed special pioneer hours, while working a three quarter time job here. Just a bit of fudging with their report, a wee bit! She started her hours, once she put her cloths on, and headed out the door. They later divorced, the pioneer work did not unify the family.

  "advanced degree in music for Bethel" May I plagarize that from you Metatron? Never heard that line, but people are thinking! The fear of college is rampant, at the C.A., "no indy thinking!" was a relentless theme.

  NC, Unitarian Church is monotheistic, no Trinity, my knowledge is limited in this area. Interesting experience you had with them, sounded fun!

  I pay $1087 a month for two adults and two teenage girls, it's high because it's not a H.M.O. and I don't have huge co-pays and deductibles. I am lucky I am able to get this insurance through a group. It's easy to understand why Walmart does not pay health insurance, it cost money they don't want to spend. If I had a pre-existing condition or a child with one, my premiums would go to $1800 and above per month. I have had many qoutes, so, it is, what it is.

I do find it strange, how people change when they get sick. Those who were rich, who went BK, complain unemployment insurance pays so little. Same with health care, very stingy with it, as long as they got it, the hell with others!
